1. On page 10, in the second full paragraph, the third sentence is deleted and replaced with:
Accordingly, it is not reasonably probable a juror would have concluded that defendant acted without specific intent, on a mistake of fact, or while unconscious at the time of the incident. This modification does not effect a change in the judgment. The petition for rehearing is denied.
