Defendant and appellant Dalray Kwane Andrews1 appeals from the order of the
San Bernardino County Superior Court denying his section 1172.62 petition for
resentencing.
BACKGROUND
In April 2011, Joshua Huizar was waiting in a fast-food drive through when
defendant approached him and demanded money. When Mr. Huizar attempted to drive
away, defendant shot and killed him.
