The issue to be briefed and argued is limited to the following: "Whether plaintiffs' statutory wage claim under Labor Code section 201 requires the interpretation of a collective bargaining agreement and is therefore preempted by section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act." The request for an order directing depublication of the opinion is denied.
