Defendant and appellant Alfred Renay Kidd appeals the judgment of the Riverside
County Superior Court entered upon its acceptance of his plea agreement. We will
affirm.

BACKGROUND
Defendant entered into a plea agreement in which he pled guilty to a felony charge
of being a felon in possession of a firearm (Pen. Code, § 29800, subd. (a)(1)) and a
misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (Veh. Code § 23152, subd.
