Synopsis
Municipal Corporations—Liability por Injuries caused by Defective Streets. —Incorporated cities are not liable for injuries sustained by private individuals through the neglect of the officers charged with the duty of keeping its streets in repair. In this respect they are not distinguishable in principle from counties.
The Court: We do not think that this case is distinguishable in principle from Winbigler v. Los Angeles, 45 Cal. 36; "and on the authority of that case the judgment in this case must be affirmed.
Judgment affirmed.
