Appeal from a judgment for the defendant upon a demurrer to the information in the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco. Freelon, J.
McKinstry, J.: For the reasons set forth in the argument of the District Attorney, filed herein, the judgment is reversed and the Court below is directed to overrule the demurrer to the information.
