Appeal by the plaintiffs, Dingloy et al., from a judgment in their favor, in the Twelfth District Court, City and County of San Francisco. Daingerfield, J.
Case No. 6,030, referred to in the decision, was an appeal from the same judgment, and from an order denying anew trial, by the defendant Anne E. Greene.
Department No. 1, by the Court: Upon the authority of Dingley et al. v. Greene et al., No. 6,030, (54 Cal. 533) judgment and order denying a new trial reversed and cause remanded.
