FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On March 4, 2020, an orally amended information charged defendant and

appellant Pedro Joaquin Rojas Fuentes with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under

the age of 14 (Jane Doe 1, hereafter Doe1) by use of force (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (b);

count 1); two counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child under the age of 14 (Jane

Doe 2, hereafter Doe2) (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a); counts 2 & 6); one count of forcible

sodomy (Doe1) (Pen. Code, § 286, subd. (c)(2)(B); count 3); forcible oral copulation
