Jessie David Ramirez appeals from the superior court’s order denying his petition for resentencing under Penal Code section 1172.6.1 His appellate counsel filed a brief under People v. Delgadillo (2022) 14 Cal.5th 216 (Delgadillo) and Ramirez filed a supplemental brief. We have independently reviewed the contention Ramirez raises in his supplemental brief and conclude it is without merit. We affirm. BACKGROUND2 On the evening of October 5, 2008, Ramirez—along with fellow Low Profile Kings member Lance Gonzalez—arrived uninvited at a party. When the party ended, Ramirez and Gonzalez refused to leave. After an exchange of words and a physical altercation, Ramirez shot two men named Glicero Bravo and Hector Corrales. A woman named Betty Lopez also was shot. All three victims survived but Corrales was paralyzed from the waist down. (Ramirez I.) The People charged Ramirez with three counts of the willful, deliberate, premeditated attempted murders of Bravo, Corrales, and Lopez.
