INTRODUCTION
Defendant and appellant Salvador Eusebio Cabrera appeals the trial court’s
postjudgment order denying his petition for resentencing of his 2009 attempted
premeditated murder conviction (Pen. Code, §§ 664/187, subd. (a)) under Penal Code
section 1172.6 (formerly Penal Code section 1170.95). Appointed counsel has filed a
