Francisco Lopez-Galvez pleaded no contest to willful infliction of corporal injury in September 2023. The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Lopez-Galvez on three years’ probation, which included the condition that he obey the protective order requiring him to stay 100 yards away from the victim. Three months later, Lopez-Galvez violated this condition of his probation. The trial court revoked his probation and sentenced him to three years in prison. Lopez-Galvez now appeals. No arguable issues have been identified following review of the record by appointed appellate counsel or our own independent review. We affirm.
