INTRODUCTION
Defendant and appellant Leroy Napolean Jones appeals the trial court’s finding
that he was ineligible for resentencing under Penal Code section 1172.75. Counsel filed a
brief raising no arguable issues under People v. Delgadillo (2022) 14 Cal.5th 216
(Delgadillo).
