PLAINTIFF FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY Motion To Discharge & Dismiss Stakeholder Pursuant To Code Civ. Proc. Section 386(B); 386.5386.5; And For Attorney?S Fees And Costs Pursuant To Code Civ. Proc. Section 386.6 is GRANTED in part.
Fidelity National Title Company is discharged from any and all liability relating to the $110,000 in funds deposited with the Court on June 9, 2022, pursuant to CCP sections 386(b) and 386.5. Fidelity is awarded $27,500 in reasonable attorney fees and $6,499.93 in costs. Plaintiff Fidelity National Title Complaint is hereby dismissed from this action with prejudice. =(501/CFH)
