The proof of publication fails to state Petitioners address. (Prob. Code, § 8100, 8120.)
An amended petition requires the same notice of hearing (including publication) as the pleading it amends. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 7.53(a).)
Subject to all of the foregoing, grant. Appoint Petitioner Eve Cohen as the executor of the estate, with full IAEA powers. Admit to probate the will dated 1/29/13. The will waives bond.
