ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case Management Statements, without a conference.
The Case Management Conference scheduled for 06/11/2026 is continued to 09/10/2026 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
The conference is continued at the request of Designated Defense Counsel (DDC) for updated discovery status, including scheduling Plaintiff's deposition. Updated Case Management Statements must be filed by Plaintiff and DDC no later than 15 days prior to the CMC and posted on eCourt. If the foregoing date is a court holiday or a weekend, the time is extended to the next business day. Individual defendants may also opt to file their own CMC Statements. All CMC Statements shall be submitted on pleading paper with a brief summary of the status of the case and any specified issues that need to be addressed by the court. Do not use Judicial Council Form CM-110.
Designated Defense Counsel (Defendant) must forthwith serve a copy of this order on all counsel of record and self-represented parties. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
CONTESTING THE TENTATIVE CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: If the parties do not contest the Tentative Case Management Order, it will be adopted. Any party wishing to contest the tentative case management order must notify the court by email at Dept18@alameda.courts.ca.gov, and notify all opposing counsel or unrepresented parties by 4pm the day before the hearing.
