Jeanne Rodriguez filed this action in November 2025, against the County of San Luis Obispo, the State of California, and the Heritage Ranch Community Services District. All three defendants responded by demurrer.
In March 2026, Rodriguez dismissed the County. Due to the dismissal, the County’s demurrer will be taken off calendar.
On May 27 2026, Rodriguez filed an amended complaint in lieu of an opposition. The State’s demurrer and the demurrer filed by Heritage Ranch CSD are therefore moot and overruled on that ground.
