DEFENDANT SARRA ZAATOUT Amended DEMURRER to COMPLAINT is SUSTAINED WITHOUT LEAVE TO AMEND, subject to opposition. The Complaint fails to state a cause of action because the Notice to Pay Rent or Quit does not comply with CCP 1161(2) because it does not state the complete address of the person to whom rent payment shall be made. This defect cannot be cured by amending the Complaint.
