Plaintiffs' Motion To Correct The Court's Register Of Actions And To Deem Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint And Second Amended Complaint Filed Nunc Pro Tunc is GRANTED.
Good cause appearing, the court orders the clerk to file the First Amended Complaint and the FAC shall be deemed filed as of December 24, 2025.
Good cause appearing, the court orders the clerk to file the Second Amended Complaint and the SAC shall be deemed filed as of January 15, 2026.
Good cause appearing, all parties' time to respond to the Second Amended Complaint is extended to 20 days from the date of this order.

Moving Parties are ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above text verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
