Motion to Enter Judgment Pursuant to CCP § 664.6
The unopposed motion by plaintiff Synchrony Bank for entry of judgment against defendant Selena Peacock because of Defendant’s default under the terms of a written settlement agreement between the parties pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 is GRANTED. Based on the evidence submitted by the moving party, the Court finds that Defendant did not comply with the terms of the settlement agreement.
