Defendant Amit Rindhe's motion to stay this litigation pending the resolution of the appeal in People v. Rindhe, Court of Appeal Case No. A172053, and resolution of the appeal in Rindhe v. Singh, San Francisco Superior Court Case No. FDI-23-797993, is granted in part. The case is stayed in its entirety pending final resolution of the criminal case only, People v. Rindhe, Court of Appeal Case No. A172053. The court exercises its discretion to consider plaintiff Jane Doe's late-filed opposition brief.
