Confirmation of accounting; Order to Show Cause
CASE NUMBER: CVPB13-0027640 This matter is on calendar for confirmation of filing of accounting and for hearing on an Order to Show Cause Re: Monetary Sanctions issued to the Trustees, Dennis and Karen Duncanwood, and Counsel for failure to timely file an accounting and failure to file a declaration as ordered on December 15, 2025. A declaration has been filed which states additional time is needed before the accounting can be filed. The Court notes the declaration has not been properly served.
The matter is continued to Monday, October 5, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Department 44 for confirmation of filing of accounting and further proceedings regarding the Order to Show Cause. If the accounting cannot be filed prior to the next hearing date, the Court ORDERS a Status Report be filed and served at least five court days before the next hearing date to advice what must be accomplished before the accounting can be filed. No appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
