Motion to Relieve Counsel
The motion of the Ghassemian Law Group, APC to be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff All Pro Services LLC is GRANTED. (Code Civ. Proc., § 284.)
The Court issues an Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) to Plaintiff. As a business entity, Plaintiff is required to be represented in legal proceedings by an attorney admitted to the practice of this State. Failure to obtain counsel may result in dismissal of its claims. The OSC shall be heard on July 27, 2026 at 9 am in Courtroom A. All dates are vacated. The Court will assign future dates, if any, at the hearing on the OSC. The Ghassemian Law Group is ordered to provide Plaintiff with written notice of this OSC and next hearing date and file a proof of service that notice has been given.
All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision. Parties who request oral argument are required to appear in person or remotely by ZOOM. Regardless of whether a party requests oral argument in accordance with Rule 2.10(B), the prevailing party shall prepare an order consistent with the announced ruling as required by Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.11.
