The hearing on Team Volkswagen of Hayward Corp.'s Motion to Compel Further Responses to document requests and special interrogatories is further continued to Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.

The Court requests that the parties brief and submit evidence in connection with two issues: First, Mujadadi’s economic ability to pay a pro rata share of the referee’s fee. Second, whether a party will voluntarily agree to pay an additional share of the referee’s fees if Mujadadi establishes an economic inability to pay a pro rata share of the referee’s fees.

Mujadadi must file and serve his supplemental memorandum and evidence no later than June 23, 2026.

Team VW must file and serve its supplemental memorandum and evidence no later than June 29, 2026.

The parties’ supplemental memoranda must not exceed 10 pages, excluding the caption page.
