Motion: Plaintiffs Motion for Trial Preference.
Tentative Ruling: The hearing on this motion is continued to 6/22/26 at 8:30 a.m. Counsel for Plaintiff is to file a supplemental Declaration attaching Exhibit 1 to the Declaration. The supplemental Declaration is to be filed and served no later than 6/15/26. Exhibit 1 is not attached to the Declaration that was filed on 5/7/26.
Counsel for Plaintiff to give notice within two court days.
