Request for Order - Child Custody/Visitation
On February 25, 2026, Petitioner Yenni Gissella Zuluaga Rubiano (Mother) filed a request for order (RFO) seeking custody orders and adjudication of parentage. Respondent Jesus Antonio Quintero Buelvas (Father) responded on March 27, 2026. On April 24, 2026, the parties entered into a stipulated judgment which included custody orders; judgment was entered April 27, 2026.
Because the stipulated judgment resolves the issues in the RFO, the request is DENIED AS MOOT and the matter is ordered off calendar.
As authorized by CRC Rule 5.125, the Court shall prepare the formal Findings and Order After Hearing.
