TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCES OF THE PARTIES IS REQUIRED. The matter comes on for reconsideration of the ex parte order granting temporary guardianship pursuant to Probate Code section 2250(f). The Court has received and considered the objections to the appointment of a [temporary] guardian, and as such will hear argument as to why good cause does not exist for the appointment of a temporary guardian.
