Ruling

William Robert Oram (Father) filed a request for order on April 20, 2026, seeking modification of child and spousal support.

Father is seeking a post-judgment order. Per Local Rule §7.8(F) “In all post-judgment proceedings, parties must submit an Address Verification Declaration for Post-Judgment Request for Order. For custody/visitation or child support, parties shall use FL-334...” and one is not on file. Additionally, there is no proof of service on file.

Per Local Rule 7.13, “in all proceedings where child or spousal support... are an issue, in addition to filing completed Income and Expense Declarations, each party is required to serve on the opposing party and lodge (under seal) copies of the party’s two most recent state and federal income tax returns and W2s.”

Father’s motion is continued to July 28, 2026, to serve Mother and to comply with Local Rules 7.8 and 7.13.
