Letters of Administration were issued on August 5, 2025. To date, no inventory and appraisal has been filed.
Probate Code § 8800(b) requires an inventory and appraisal to be filed within four months after letters are first issued, or within such further time as is reasonable under the circumstances of the particular case that the Court may allow. TENTATIVE RULING #4 APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT NINE. A STATUS OF ADMINISTRATION HEARING IS SET FOR 8:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 14, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT NINE. PETITIONER OR COUNSEL ARE ORDERED TO PERSONALLY APPEAR, OR FILE A STATUS UPDATE WITH THE COURT AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THAT HEARING.
