2. Guardianship of Zoie Z. 26PR0070 PETITION TO APPOINT GUARDIAN
A Petition to Appoint a Guardian and Temporary Petition was filed on March 19, 2026. Letters of Temporary Guardianship were issued on April 1, 2025. The court has yet to receive the investigative report from Quest. At the April 1, 2026 hearing, the court found that the mother consented to the guardianship and waived notice of the hearing. The court further dispensed with notice as to the father for the hearing on the temporary guardianship only. Upon review of the file, there is no proof of notice of the hearing for the father for the hearing on the permanent guardianship nor is there a declaration of due diligence. There additionally are no proofs of notice to any of the other relatives entitled to notice.
