The hearing on the motion for issue, evidentiary, and/or monetary sanctions by plaintiff Raul Garcia is continued to June 17, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom H.
All parties must comply with Marin County Superior Court Local Rules, Rule 2.10(B) to contest the tentative decision.
