ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
In light of the discussion with counsel at the hearing on 6/5/2026, the Court is not inclined to require appearances. Counsel shall meet and confer and if there are any issues requiring court intervention, one or both parties shall contest this tentative ruling and the parties shall jointly file and email to Dept. 25, no later than 6/10/2026, a joint statement outlining the parties' dispute(s) and requests for relief.
In an abundance of caution, the status conference is continued as set forth below.
