Defendant and Cross-Plaintiff DPR Construction, A General Partnership (“DPR GP”) moves for leave to amend its First Amended Cross Complaint. (Notice.)

In the interests of judicial economy and efficiency, the Court addresses DPR GP’s motion for leave to amend in its concurrent rulings on Plaintiff and Cross Defendant California State Teachers’ Retirement System’s and Cross-Defendant Ridge Capital, Inc.’s demurrers and motions to strike.

This minute order is effective immediately. No formal order pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312 or other notice is required.

To request oral argument on this matter, you must call Department 8B at (916) 874-5762 by 4:00 p.m., the court day before this hearing and notification of oral argument must be made to the opposing party/counsel. If no call is made, the tentative ruling becomes the order of the court. (Local Rule 1.06.)
