Defendant and Cross-Plaintiff DPR Construction, A General Partnership (DPR GP) moves for leave to amend its First Amended Cross Complaint. (Notice.)
In the interests of judicial economy and efficiency, the Court addresses DPR GPs motion for leave to amend in its concurrent rulings on Plaintiff and Cross Defendant California State Teachers Retirement Systems and Cross-Defendant Ridge Capital, Inc.s demurrers and motions to strike.
This minute order is effective immediately. No formal order pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312 or other notice is required.
To request oral argument on this matter, you must call Department 8B at (916) 874-5762 by 4:00 p.m., the court day before this hearing and notification of oral argument must be made to the opposing party/counsel. If no call is made, the tentative ruling becomes the order of the court. (Local Rule 1.06.)
Parties requesting services of a court reporter may arrange for private court reporter services at their own expense, pursuant to Government code §68086 and California Rules of Court, Rule 2.956. If you are not using a reporter from the Courts Approved Official Reporter Pro Tempore list, a Stipulation and Appointment of Official Reporter Pro Tempore (CV/E-206) must be signed by each party, the private court reporter, and the Judge. The signed form must be filed with the clerk prior to the hearing.

If a litigant has been granted a fee waiver and requests a court reporter, the party must submit a Request for Court Reporter by a Party with a Fee Waiver (CV/E-211). The form must be filed with the clerk at least 10 days prior to the hearing or at the time the hearing is scheduled if less than 10 days away. Once approved, the clerk will forward the form to the Court Reporters Office and an official reporter will be provided.
