June 8, 2026, Case Management Conference Tentative Rulings
1. CL0003904 William E. Oder v. Scott Raitt No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to September 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. Plaintiff shall file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendant no later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.
2. CU0001386 Rise Grass Valley, Inc. vs. Board of Supervisors of Nevada County, et al. Appearances are required. The parties shall be prepared to update the Court on their requested briefing schedule regarding the second cause of action.
3. CU0001908 Robert Bovill vs. Tahoe Donner Association No appearances are required. The Court continues the case management conference date to September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6 to provide the parties additional time to complete mediation. No later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date, the parties shall submit a joint statement on the status of mediation.
Additionally, neither party filed a timely case management conference statement and all are admonished that failing to file a statement in the future may result in sanctions.
4. CU0002003 Alliance Funding Group vs. Nevada County Mead Company LLC, et al. No appearances are required. The default hearing set for July 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in Department 6, is confirmed.
5. CU0002197 American Express National Bank vs. Dion Reif No appearances are required. A default prove up hearing is set for August 7, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., in Department 6.
6. CU0002468 Alberto Solano Pancheco, III. vs. Robert Thomas, et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, the case management conference is continued to September 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, to permit adjudication of pending motions.
7. CU0002473 Jordan Cicogni vs. Shell USA, Inc., et al. No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues the case management conference to September 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 6. A Cross-Complaint has recently been filed. Cross-Complainant shall file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Cross-Defendants no later than two weeks prior to the continued case management conference date.
