No foundation for the statement in the declaration of Plaintiff's counsel that Defendants "provided no responses whatsoever" to Plaintiff's discovery. The declarant substituted into this case on May 20, 2026. The discovery at issue was served by Plaintiff's former counsel five months prior, and accordingly directed Defendants to serve responses to Plaintiff's former counsel. No evidence that Defendants failed to serve responses to Plaintiff's former counsel as directed.
