Father filed a 18 Responsive Declaration in opposition to Mother’s Request for Order on 5/29/26. 19
20 On the Court’s own motion, the 6/4/26 hearing is continued to the Court’s Readiness calendar on 21 Monday, 6/8/26 at 9 AM in Dept. 403 as the issues raised in Mother’s 5/21/26 Request for Order 22 concern child custody and visitation, which require the parties attend mediation with Family Court 23 Services (FCS) prior to the hearing. At the Readiness hearing on 6/8/26, the parties will be provided a 24 mediation date and a new hearing date. 25
