1 - Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant Tatari, Inc.'s demurrer to Defendant and Cross-Plaintiff Trusper, Inc.'s cross-complaint is OVERRULED IN PART and SUSTAINED IN PART with leave to amend. (The Court's complete tentative ruling has been emailed to the parties).

Plaintiff and Cross-Defendant is ordered to prepare a proposed order repeating the above verbatim and including the specific conditions (as modified above) for the examination and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
