TENTATIVE RULING: Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.s motion to deem matters admitted is UNOPPOSED and GRANTED.
The Court is required to make this order deeming the requests for admissions admitted, unless Defendant Harmon Sandhu (Plaintiff) serves on Plaintiffs counsel and files with the Court, before the hearing on the motion, verified responses to the requests for admission, without objections, that are in substantial compliance with Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.220.
Plaintiff served Defendant with Requests for Admission, set one, on September 16, 2025. No response has been provided.
No opposition to this motion was filed. A partys failure to oppose a motion is construed as a concession on the merits of the motion. (See D.I. Chadbourne, Inc. v. Superior Court (1964) 60 Cal.2d 723, 728, n.4.)]
