Pursuant to CCP 664.6(e), the case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and the Court will retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement. The Court orders the Complaint filed by Firoz Ali on 06/30/2025 dismissed without prejudice. The Court retains jurisdiction to make orders to enforce any and all terms of settlement, including judgment, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 664.6.
