On 04/11/18 the court appointed Anne Pierce as Successor Trustee with bond posted in the amount of $455,000.00 as to Trust and $30,000.00 as to Estate. Letters issued 04/26/18.
On 12/03/25 the court ordered the administrator to file and serve an accounting on or before 01/05/26.
The account and report have not been filed as of 06/01/26. In her Declaration filed 03/24/26, Ms. Pierce stated she almost had the accounting completed. Because of health issues Ms. Pierce requested that the accounting deadline be after approximately 05/01/26.
At the hearing on 03/25/26, the court continued the hearing to 06/03/26.
As of 06/01/26 the account and report still have not been filed.
The trust matter should not need court supervision after the filing of the accounting and final distribution.
