10. Guardianship of Erving Salinas Escamilla 25PR00164 Case Management Conference
TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCE OF THE GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED. The Court notes the Guardian appeared as ordered on April 7, 2026, and advised the Court additional time was needed to file an updated Confidential Guardianship Status Report. The Court granted a continuance of the proceedings for approximately 60 days to permit the Guardian an opportunity to file the Status Report. At this time, the Guardian still has not filed the necessary Status Report. The Guardian is ordered to appear and either explain the failure to timely file the required form, file the Status Report at the June 2, 2026, court appearance, or show cause why the Court should not terminate the guardianship.

TENTATIVE RULING: NO APPEARANCES REQUIRED. The required document has been received and reviewed. The matter is SET for the next annual Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on June 1, 2027, in Department 5 for review of compliance with the filing of the Confidential Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251). If a completed GC-251 has been filed in a timely fashion prior to the court date, appearances will be waived.
