The motion of Plaintiffs Stephen Daane, M.D., and Sheryl Garrett, M.D., to strike the Regents of the University of California's bill of costs is granted in part. The court awards $47,339.25 in costs to the Regents from these plaintiffs. The court's tentative ruling in its entirety has been sent to counsel via email.

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept301tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
