Plaintiff Capital One, N.A.'s Motion To Set Aside Dismissal And Enter Judgment Under Stipulation is GRANTED. The request to vacate dismissal is granted. The court orders any dismissal entered in this action vacated.

Good cause appearing and consistent with the parties' agreement and Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, judgment shall be entered as follows: Plaintiff Capital One, N.A. shall recover from Defendant Lester J. Rojas $1,800 in principal and $578.50 in costs, for a total judgment of $2,378.50. This is the judgment authorized by the settlement agreement and related events.

Prior to the time set for hearing, Plaintiff shall lodge by email to contestdept302tr@sftc.org a proposed order containing the above text verbatim. The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing. Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
