CASE NUMBER: 25CV-0208269 Tentative Ruling on Order to Show Cause Re Sanctions: An Order to Show Cause Re: Sanctions (“OSC”) issued on April 15, 2026, to all parties and counsel for failure to file a Mandatory Settlement Conference Statement.
