Status Review
CASE NUMBER: 24CV-0206227 This matter is on calendar for review regarding status of settlement. The parties informed the Court that this matter had settled prior to commencement of the Mandatory Settlement Conference on July 14, 2025. At the review hearing on November 17, 2025, Plaintiff’s counsel stated that a Request for Entry of Judgment would be filed within 60 days. It has not been filed. At the January 12, 2026 and March 23, 2026 review hearings, counsel requested additional continuances which were granted. As it has been nearly a year since the parties advised the Court that the matter had settled, and no judgment or dismissal entered, the Court intends to set the matter for trial. The parties are ordered to appear today to provide available trial dates.
