ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

Matter appears on calendar this date to check for service of the summons and complaint and responses.

Plaintiff has failed to serve complaint per CRC 3.110(b)(1).

CRC 3.110(b)1) requires the Summons and Complaint be served on all defendants and proof(s) of service filed with the court within 60 days of filing the complaint. This complaint was filed on DECEMBER 30, 2025, and proof(s) of service should have been filed by now.

Summons and Complaint must be served and proofs of service filed before the next CMC Statements are due.

Plaintiff requested additional time to serve the complaint - which the Court granted on May 22, 2026.

Failure to do so may result in an OSC in re DISMISSAL for failure to comply with CRC 3.110(b)1) and failure to follow the Court's order.

Case Management Conference Status of service/answers is scheduled for 08/28/2026 at 10:20 AM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
