Cross-defendant Hussein Saffouri (“Saffouri”) demurs to the third cause of action in the Cross- Complaint of Kevin Baum and Alejandra VanPell.

Pursuant to the Court's concurrently issued tentative ruling granting a special motion to strike the third cause of action in the Cross-Complaint pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16, Saffouri’s demurrer is DROPPED as moot.

The Demurrer filed by Hussein Saffouri on 05/05/2026 is Dropped.
