1. P21-16890 In the Matter of John W. Chapman No appearances are required. The Court continues this matter on its own motion to August 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Court notes deficiencies in the petition to administer. The petition does not include proof of publication. See Prob. Code § 8121. Additionally, section 3.f. regarding the nature of the estate has been left blank. Finally, the petition must include certain information regarding the missing person, John Chapman. See Prob Code § 12404(c). Petitioner shall provide the outstanding items prior to the continued court date and provide notice of the continued court hearing date.
2. PR0000244 In the Matter of Nychelle O'Callaghan No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservators are acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next review is set for May 26, 2028, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.
3. PR0000368 In the Matter of William Trumbo No appearances are required in connection with the scheduled review hearing. A petition for final distribution has been filed and set for August 7, 2026. The Court confirms the future hearing date.
4. PR0000493 In the Matter of Walter T. Branson Appearances are required. The Court is favorably inclined to grant the petition for final distribution as prayed. Petitioner shall confirm it is her intention to gift her one-third intestate share of decedent’s personal property to decedent’s daughters. A proposed order has been submitted.
5. PR0000824 In the Matter of Keith Dean Emmerton No appearances are required. On the Court’s own motion, this petition to transfer community property into the name of Petitioner Jeannie Emmerton solely is continued for a further status conference to August 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. This matter will be heard in conjunction with PR0001009, a petition for appointment of a conservator for Petitioner. Should a conservator be appointed for Ms. Emmerton, any duly appointed conservator shall be prepared to advise the Court what actions, if any, conservator intends to take in connection with the instant petition.
6. PR0000867 In the Matter of Kathleen A. Boom The status hearing regarding statement on appeal is vacated; no appearances are authorized. The Court previously issued a May 27, 2026, certified and final statement on appeal.
