Ruling. The Court has considered the petition, memorandum of points and authorities, all filed declarations, including those filed by Benjamin Ballard on May 15, 2026, and authored by Michael Malone Kerrigan and Julia Hope Kerrigan. The Court notes all individuals who appeared on the Court’s April 30, 2026, calendar instilled in the Court the belief that regardless of this ruling, all involved, who have been cooperative with one another to date, will continue to work cooperatively and collaboratively in this matter. The Court also notes that Julia Hope Kerrigan is the Executor of the estate of her late husband Robert Kerrigan (Decedent). From this fact, the Court concludes that, for efficiency, it shall appoint the widow of Decedent, Julia Hope Kerrigan, as successor trustee of the Robert V. Kerrigan Irrevocable Trust.
