Ruling. The Court sustains Respondent Ion Cristian Abraham’s objection to Appellant’s Proposed Settled Statement in the Response filed on May 15, 2026. Section III. D, entitled “Matters not Challenged by Court or Respondent’s Counsel” of the Proposed Settled Statement is ordered stricken from the Proposed Settled Statement as inaccurate and a misrepresentation made by Appellant Tunde Etelka Munz-Abraham.

Appellant is directed to submit to opposing counsel for Respondent, a revised Proposed Settled Statement as modified above, as well as a proposed order certifying the Proposed Settled Statement, by no later than June 4, 2026. The Proposed Settled Statement shall bear the signature of Respondent’s counsel approving as to form the Proposed Settled Statement. By no later than June 11, 2026, Appellant is ordered to submit the revised Proposed Settled Statement approved by Respondent’s Counsel and proposed order certifying the Proposed Settled Statement to the Court for review. A failure by Appellant to comply with the above order will constitute a waiver of Appellant’s request for a certified Settled Statement from this Court.

This matter is now continued to September 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. for status of appeal.
