Approve reimbursement for costs to attorney in the amount of $563.26. Approve a closing reserve of $2,500.00. Approve proposed distribution consistent with intestate succession. (Probate Code §6402)
As to attorney VanConas request for extraordinary attorney fees, notice of the request for extraordinary attorney fees has not been given. Notice of the hearing shall be given as provided in Section 1220 to the persons listed in Probate Code §10830(b). (Probate Code §10830)
The court intends to continue the hearing to 08/13/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6, for statutorily sufficient service of notice re the extraordinary attorney fees.
